If you encounter issues accessing in-game items that you've recently downloaded, it may be because the items were not properly installed. For us to have a better overview of your concern, we'd like to know if you're getting any error messages when you try
to access the pre-loaded pack.

Meanwhile, we suggest that you perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Press the menu key of the controller.

Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the BLU-RAY section select "Persistent Storage".

Select "Clear persistent storage".

Select Restart.

If the same issue occurs, kindly visit this
link and follow the steps on how to remove and re-add your Microsoft account on the Xbox One console. This can help resolve corrupted profile data. Make sure to restart your device before re-adding your profile.

i having problems with the forza horizon 3 Ultimate add ons pack not downloading

Hey, guys! These are not sent as codes. They are provided as entitlements based on the purchase you make for Forza Horizon 3.

For the Ultimate Edition, you should have access to the
Car Pass and
All-Stars Pack. If you see that these are already purchased on the site, I suggest you do a search for their specific titles on the Xbox One console and download them directly from there.

For the Standard Edition, it should have come with the Rockstar pack and the Meguiar's Car Pack, but I am unable to find those online at this time. MrEldorado, can you please check your Manage Game section for Forza Horizon 3 to see if that content is there?

All of my Microsoft and Xbox games are downloaded on my external drive including the previous Horizon, which is Forza Horizon 4. I changed where new apps are stored when downloaded from the Microsoft store to my external drive but it still wont download Forza Horizon 5 to my external drive. On the Xbox app it wont show my external drive as an option to download to. I am able to download any game from the Microsoft store and Xbox app to my external drive except Forza Horizon 5.
