Make sure your using the correct section for your type of XBOX.

Thanks for the update. If your console is still having issues with power to your Xbox One original console, your power supply may need to be replaced.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Sadly, the original Xbox One is no longer being serviced if out of warranty. Have you attempted an offline update to your console to see if that gets everything sorted out?

If this solution does not work, in light of that model (original) of Xbox One no longer being serviced if out of warranty, then you would need to replace your console.

Do you have an original Microsoft harddrive? Every Xbox Original needs one.

The 4GB-memory is not a real harddrive and won't work, too.

Have you also installed the latest update of your console?
