    Need help with Unavailable NAT


    For the past year I have not been able to get my NAT type open. Its always showing as unavailable. I am using an AirPort Extreme as my router and an Aris Surfboard as my modem. I have been working with both Microsoft support and my ISP (the oh so awesome
    Spectrum) and no one know has been able to help me. Weird part is that my roommate has no issues with his NAT settings. I have been told to set up a port forward request and no idea how to do this. I have read forums and support pages but none of which really
    explain how to do it. Im really tired of this and have tried just about everything I know. PLEASE HELP.

    NAT Type

    My NAT type is not working, I just got a new modem from Comcast, and now the NAT type is unavailable. Any suggestions?
