Need help with this communication suspension

My son received this communication suspension for no known reason. I called XBox support last evening and was on the phone for over an hour while the agent looked for a supervisor to only eventually be hung up on. Today at 12:44 PM EST I was speaking with
a supervisor by the name of [Mod Removed] that gave me a case number
[Mod Removed] and was told that my request was being escalated and would be forwarded to the enforcement team. I just got off of the phone now at 3:43 PM with a 'real' supervisor and was advised that I was given falsified information earlier
today and that the case number was not valid and that the supervisor did not exist. How does this happen in a corporation like Microsoft? The real issue is the fact that a claim has been made against my son and his communication services have been suspended.
According to the Microsoft website the only way to have a case review is if the suspension is for more than 24 hours. Here is the suspension notice showing 28 hours and I do not have the option to file a case review:

I am asking for help in reaching someone from the enforcement team to find out when this infraction supposedly occurred and who filed this claim. Was it a jealous fellow student? I am looking for answers and am unable to obtain them and becoming very
frustrated. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I was Communication banned randomly and I don’t understand why

I was recently received a communication suspension and I don’t know how. I haven’t used any profanity or said anything bad in Xbox messages and I haven’t even said anything bad on Xbox Live parties I just need help with this. Thank you!

i cant send messages or talk to people in party chat after my communication suspension. i dont know who to talk to i need help

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting the account the enforcement team are under no obligation to tell you exactly when the offence occurred & they will not tell you who filed the report due to privacy laws.

Due to the time it takes to investigate a report the offence would of happened several weeks ago.
