This happened to me after a power outage, and I just fixed it. Went to network settings, while signed out, entered my WiFi password, then went to sign in again. It thhen asked for my Microsoft account password, input that, and signed in. Still on after a
few minutes so hopefully this helps you

I have the same issue. Just started. I sign in and then it immediately signs out. Sign in and immediately signs out.

Change the Microsoft account for your phone:
