Need help with screen spinning!

Ok I am having the most bizarre issue I have ever encountered with ANY gaming system. My two kids are obsessed with Star Wars Battlefront. They were using the two controllers that originally came with the system. Eventually, one controller started making
the screen spin every single time they got in game so they could no longer play CO-OP. So we were down a controller and they had to take turns sharing (Which they are not very good at). Well eventually the other controller started making the screen spin
on the game as well. So I thought it might be the game cause there is no way both controllers could go out like that. So I actually replaced the game, and the issue persisted.

So I ended up purchasing two new controllers. Everything was all good for a little while, then one controller started spinning the screen again. Now I am down to one good controller. What in the world is going on? I have all updates. It actually does
the spinning with other games as well.

Game wont install to hard drive

Okay so i tell the game to install and the screen just sits on the install bar with the rounnd circle spinning in the center. The disc isnt even spinning any ideas

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
console. Once it is back up and operational test the results.

Wookie if the opening screen revolver just spins and spins. Try deleting your last update and last saved game.

Same here, start screen shows, fans spins up and after that the initial two "Cadillac.Corvette" pictures disappears and the fans are spinning down - done.

Hey Brad,

after 30 minutes I plugged it back in, turned it on, the XBOX 360 screen appeared, then the loading circle appeared, and it's spinning, and spinning, and... yaaaaawn... spinning... hypnotizing...

Anything else I can try?
