Need help with Roxio HD Gamecap Pro

Okay. So i recently bought a Roxio Gamecap HD Pro from Amazon. I have an original Xbox 360 (you know, the fat white ones) and it doesn't have hdmi ports. I would like to know if their is either a way for me to maybe convert my component cables (green, red,
and blue) into hdmi through a type of splitter or if there is a place that i could purchase a double ended component cable. (does not have to be super cheap). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

hd tv tuner question

If you want to record in HD you need a HD capturing device, as suggested there is the HD PVR and the Roxio GameCap. You don't need a TV tuner, you need a Capture card/device.

I found a component to HDMI converter on monoprice but it's a bit pricey at about $40. As for double ended component cables what do you mean by that exactly?

Edit- There seems to be some cheaper converters on amazon for around $30.

For the double ended component cables, on the output side of the roxio device it has component cable ports. And from the device those cords need to lead to the tv. Both ends need to have the green blue and red cords. And thank you for finding those, if i
cant find the double sided cables then i will get the converter off of amazon.

If you are using the recorder built in for Windows 10, try using a capture card like Roxio Gamecap HD Pro or Elgato. Those will record better and it is also best to check your bitrate if you want a good recording. But if your PC is lower performance, try
30 FPS and 4000 Bitrate.
