    Need help with rewards points earned


    I purchased xbox one and xbox live gold for my son to play. The account is under my gamertag but he plays all the games under a different gamertag. I thought he was on my account. How do I get him added on my account so his points accrue?

    Hi LiquidGamer007. Since the Rewards Credits you claimed started pending on March 17 and 22, they will be deposited to your Microsoft account on April 12. Thanks for your patience.

    You would need to sign up for the program with his account information.

    Hello FIREMOM590,

    We only track activity under gamertags. Your son would have to sign up for our program in order for us to start tracking his gamertag.

    The 2 sets of points are not the same thing. The points on the Rewards app are how many points you've earned through the Rewards program. The points on the Xbox dashboard is your gamerscore. Gamerscore is earned by earning achievements in games.
