    When you requested a refund online, could you possibly been signed in on a different account as to why they didn't see the order?

    Again I would continue to request a call and an agent should be able to address this issue due to you already filled out a request.

    Here is wthe mistake you made

    First snd foremost

    Trial codes only apply to the console you used

    not the web

    Iy says frree as free with gold but thats your mistake

    14day trials dont give yoi Gold

    Only for xbox one games with gold NOT for xbox 360 as it doesnt give you access to xbox 360 gold

    Actually on the box that pops up showing your payment options and what account it is going to at the top of the screen it would say Free if it was free or a price if it was not free.

    Here is an example picture that I took where it shows buy and the price next to it when the games with gold it would say free this is the box that comes up when clicking on download to 360.

    The blue marking is to block out personal information.

    I finally got someone on phone support to issue a refund to my account today. Explained the problem for the 6th time and was finally refunded right away.

    Only took two people on chat support, filling out the request a refund twice and speaking to 3 different people with phone support. My main complaint with this post is how crappy support is now. 1-800-4MY-XBOX no longer works. They make it very difficult
    to get help with chat or phone support by hiding the options for it. So you waste tons of time trying to figure out the right combinations of help options to even get the option to contact Microsoft instead of just giving that information to you from the start.
    When I click Contact Us. I expect to be given the information to contact Microsoft and not be taken to a help support screen. It honestly feels like they make it difficult to get help so the customer just gives up.

    Also glad to know everyone that replied is so perfect that they never make mistakes.

    I see you have been having a tough time and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Yes Microsoft has made some changes to its support system to better help people solve their issues in several different ways. Some times channeling all support into one phone
    call system can make people wait a very long periods of time for an agent to help. With this new tool if we cant help in forums you can try the self service we on the forums provide. If you cant do that we have chat agents and if that cant help you our phone
    support should. These channels also have you ready to provide certain info we need to help, so if you don't have that info it doesn't take a long time to tell you we cant help due to lack of info. We are glad to see your issue was resolved and if you need

    Wrong! When you grab a Games With Gold XBOX 360 Game. It does show the full price and say its Free. Which it did. But when it click to buy it the next screen that appears always shows the full price of the game.
    Actually, he is right about that. On the payment confirmation screen it updates with the price you're about to pay. If it's free the payment changes to 0.00. If it shows an actual price, then that is what you are being charged unless you cancel the transaction.
    Since you're on a trial subscription and not a full subscription, that's why it showed you the price and charged you for the game.

    I do have the order e-mail. It doesn't have any order number on it. But it does have a confirmation number on the e-mail. Which I gave them. However I gave them the date I received the e-mail which was October 16th. This said they could not see any orders
    for this date. Which is dumb. What couldn't they use the confirmation number to find the order. When I looked at the e-mail again. I notice the actual order date for the other is for October 17th. Interesting how the e-mail was received on the 16th but somehow
    the order was actually made on the 17th. They really can't find the order because I was 1 day off. They must be pretty stupid if they can't see the same name of the game on the order or use the confirmation number to find it. I resubmitted the request a refund
    with the correct date. However I have a feeling that even if they do find the order they are going to refuse the refund and I will be out $22 for a game that is suppose to be free right now.
