How to redeem a prepaid code on an Xbox One console:

1. First, make sure that you're signed in to the Microsoft account for that you would like to redeem the code on
2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and select Home
3. On the Home screen, scroll to the right and select the Store icon
4. Select Use a code
5. Use the onscreen keyboard to enter the 25-character code on the Redeem your code or gift card screen and select
   Next to finalize the code redemption. Once your code has been redeemed, you will receive a confirmation message.

How to redeem a prepaid code on an Xbox 360:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft account that you would like the code redeemed on
2. Press the Guide button on your controller
3. Select Games & Apps, then select Redeem Code
4. Enter the 25-character code and select Done
5. When prompted, select Yes to confirm the redemption

How to redeem a prepaid code in the Xbox App on Windows 10

1. Sign in to the Microsoft account that you would like the code redeemed on
2. From the Home screen, scroll left and select the Store icon
3. In the middle of the Xbox Store screen, select Redeem a code
4. Enter the 25-character code, then select Confirm
