    Need help with receiving gift from a friend!! help.


    Hello guys. So you know Xbox has a feature to gift stuff to people. My friend gifted me rainbow six siege universal skin. I got the email but no message on xbox. No code to redeem or any redeem buttons, just an email telling me that gift is waiting for
    me. My friend tried viewing code in his purchase history but he couldnt find view gift codes button like its in support page. Really could use some help! Thank you. Dont know if that's the right category but I hope someone can help Need help with receiving gift from a friend!! help. :(

    Hello! Welcome to the forums!

    Don't worry you can ask your friend to go to his email, to check the purchase gift. In there it's a link to a Microsoft website and he can verify the code.
