    Ive pre ordered 2k19 for 100$ on microsoft account balance a day before my Permant Ban and now have to soend another 100$ on a game i already bought , any way to help? ive contacted 2k and Xbox Need help with pre order :( they said to contacted Each Other than xbox told me to

    If you haven't done so already, you can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if your ban can be lifted, but there is no guarantee.

    Otherwise, you can try contacting support again about a refund, but once you're banned you forfeit everything on your account.

    I have already konatkt the German support, but I was at 3 call after 10- 15 min wait then thrown out of the line. not nice. But then I'll probably call again tomorrow. My order is canceled, but I have the problem that I have not received any e-mail confirmation, so I'm looking for the help. Sorry for the bad english, help from the translator :)
