    Need help with new region cc info.


    Hello. I recently migrated from the USA to Brazil on my xbox live account. My account was expired, and though on my computer I was able to update my Brazilian cc info on my microsoft account, I only see the old US cc on the xbox live account on my xbox.

    Can't buy Gold Membership

    If you Region is not on the support list you will not be able to add CC info.

    You will need to change that to a supported regions to get access to DLC what not.

    But your CC will still pose a problem as the billing address won't match your region, so you will need to purchase cards else where or use Paypal for these transactions.

    Yes, that is correct. If you are now over 18, you should have the option to "Promote account" Part of that process is to add new CC info, or just re-enter the CC info that you already have on file. Congrats on adulthood!

    xbox cannot FORCE a cc to work, all info has to match exactly with what is on file at the bank and the cc needs to allow reoccuring purchases and online purchases, could always use a subscription or microsoft points card too

    Make sure your new CC info matches your account info and your credentials at
    http://billing.microsoft.com    . Try making the purchase both on the console and on xbox.com and see if you get different results.

    As for promoting your account, that's where you can enter your new CC, as it's part of the instructions, refer to here:
