    need help with my Xbox One


    I need help!!!!! My Xbox one will not turn on even after reseting the brick. When plugged in the bricks led is orange. I push the power on the console or the controler and nothing happens. if anyone can help me out that would be great.

    I need help with my Xbox One

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear that your Xbox One won't give you back your game! You can definitely try to

    manually eject     the game. That should do the trick and make your console give you back your disc.

    Let us know how that works!

    I just got an x box plugged in and it only goes to a page saying "have to update " doesn't go to a different page not even settings what can I do?
    Allow the update to complete.

    If it fails, check your network hardware is up and running correctly.

    If you wish to skip the update, the only way is to click to go offline. Otherwise, you have to complete the update and ensure your xbox is fully connected at all times

    If the console still fails to update, the only solution I could reccomend is to perform an offline update:
