Need Help - with My Xbox Core Console

Hi, Thankyou in advance, well i have X Box 360 Core Console and recently i purchased Watchdogs game, but as soon as i enter the game CD it says that it is needed an update. Can any one help me with this as i dont have access to internet connection through
a modem but i have wifi through my cell phone. or is it a way to download update and install on console. Please Help!

need help with my console

ok so i went to turn on my xbox this morning but it was making funny beeping sounds, and so i thought it was just warming up. a couple of minutes later i went to open the disc tray to get a game out. then when i went to put the other game in, the console
just shut automatically and started to make some really weird humming noises. what i need to know is if i can get my elite repared. it is just about 2 and a half years old, it came with a warranty and these problems and started happening recently but i thought
it was nothing. i want to get my elite fixed because i don't want to go and fork out $500-$600 dollars when i could get it repared for a lot cheaper. so if i can get my elite repared will it be cheaper than buying a new console.

Well 2 things first there is only 1 year warranty with all xboxes if you purchased a 3rd party warranty contact the 3rd party

There is a 3 year warranty that covers 3 red lights or e74 only

To save you time and money itd be Better to describe your problem more

There is no replacement for troubleshooting and xbox 360 isn't 600 dollars anymore 300 dollars max

Out of warranty replairs are 100 dollars vs xbox arcade units for 200

Gold was discontinued a few months ago and is now Game Pass Core, but it is what is needed for online multiplayer. To share it, you would need to set the console your son is using as your Home console. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Are you playing on an Xbox Console?

To play online games you need a Game Pass subscription.

The Game Pass Core subscription allows online multiplayer.

May I ask, are you trying to play online games on your Xbox console?

If yes, according to this Xbox article: (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...ge-subscriptions/xbox-game-pass-ultimate-faq)

"Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes all benefits of Xbox Game Pass Core, which gives you access to multiplayer games on your console. (Free-to-play games include online multiplayer without an Xbox Game Pass Core subscription.)"

You will need to have an active Xbox game pass ultimate or Xbox game pass core to enable the online multiplayer feature and play online games. Without the subscription, you can only play your games offline.

There are certain games that don't have offline but online multiplayer only which needs an Xbox Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass ultimate subscription in order to play them.
