Need help with my Xbox account

I can't seem to fix my account or find anyway to do so, I have two Xbox accounts linked to one email address and every time I try to log into the Microsoft website or any Xbox-Microsoft related apps on my phone it logs me into the Xbox account I don't want
to log into and there seems to be no way of logging into the other Xbox account I actually want to access. I have no problem with deleting or removing the account I don't want to log into, I know this is confusing but I'd really like some help with this.

NEED HELP WITH MY XBOX ACCOUNT!! HELP!!

3 weeks ago from today (Tuesday 25th June 2013. I was playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. During the playing session I received a message from another player( I forget his gamertag, my apologies). The message said, "Send me a code for 1600 microsoft points
or I will hack your account and get you banned". I ignored it because they are usually scam messages. Now after the session I had a test in 2 weeks time so I had to study for 2 weeks straight. When I came back after the 2 weeks I tried to play Battlefield
3 Online Last Tuesday 16th June 2013 between 9-10pm UK time, a message popped up saying "Your account has been signed in on another console" a fea moments later I was disconnected from Xbox Live. When I tried to sign back in I was shown a message saying "
Your account has been banned until 31/12/9999. I have contacted Microsoft via phone and online chat but they told me I should post here. PLEASE I NEED MY ACCOUNT BACK.

You will need to address any questions that you have regarding your account being suspended at:
My LIVE account was suspended

You should also have received an email, with information regarding any action that has been taken against your profile, to your Microsoft account that is associated with your Gamertag.

If you haven't already, you would need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation on your account. If you already have, you can try posting here to see if there is anything the enforcement team can do -

Unfortunately, even though the action may have taken place while your account was compromised, the enforcement team may not be able to lift the ban and you will need to create a new account.
