Need Help With My Microsft Account.....

Well I decide to make a new "Microsoft Account" on my Xbox, when I was almost done with it I notice that my account didn't have any access to some of the things in my Xbox, it keep telling me about I must a Adult blah blah ... I search on the web to find
a way to fix it and nothing...Need help to fix this.....

I Have Regular Profile Om. MY 360 An I'm Trying To Log Into Xbox Live Using My Microsft Account, But The Xbox Account Made By Microsft Is Preventing From Doing That. Is There Anyway I.Can Delete The Premade Microsft Account

I forgot my email address and password for my xbox live profile

i cant go to account because it needs my microsft account to sign in so i cant check the account if it wont let me sign in without the ACCOUNT.

Hey TryingNormal1! If you set the account's birth date to be recognized as a child you will need to wait for it to mature before that message will go away. If you did not, please post up a screenshot of the error you see so we can take a look. Thanks!

Hi Jasmine1984xx, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

In regards to account recovery that will be the only way and I have here a tips that you want to consider before submitting the form again.

Answer as many questions as you can:

1. When thinking of past passwords, provide as many as you can for them to check, even if you aren’t sure they’re correct.

2. Think back to when you created the account or last updated it. Have you moved since you created the account? Changed your name?

3. If you can, submit the form from a computer you frequently use with this account.

4. Your email address may be country-specific. For example, if you created your account in Sweden, your domain would be “hotmail.co.se” instead of “hotmail.com.”

5. Select all the products that you use. The more info you provide, the more we can use to verify that you own the account.
