    NEED HELP WITH MY HOME XBOX ISSUE


    Alright, so I have an account with gold set as my home xbox. Now, I have another account that doesn't have gold as well. I have the account with gold set as My Home Xbox. On the gold-free account, I can use the DLC and Downloaded games that were put on
    the Gold account. However, for some reason, the gold from that account will not work when I am on the Non-Gold account. Is there any possibilities of this getting fixed?

    Ok. I hard reset my xbox, unplugged and did all that. Its still pops up telling me to buy gold. The gold-owning account is regular gold, not Game Pass Ultimate. Ive never had this problem before until now. I did have to take the gold-account off and when
    I put it back as My Home Xbox, it was doing this.

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about you not being able to game share.

    Go ahead and perform a
    hard reset and power cycle

    of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox. Let us know if that helps!

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and make sure everything is okay with your Xbox Live Gold subscriptions.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    What Gold features are you trying to use with the account?

    Be aware, that only Multiplayer and Party chat will work. You will NOT be able to get the Gold discounts or free Games with Gold on the non-Gold account, even if the console shares the Gold of the gold-owning account.
