    Need help with my Gold renewal


    I received my usual annual email from Microsoft confirming that my Gold account was successfully renewed on February 12th, but now my Gold account is suspended until payment is made. I've been a Gold Member since 2009 and have never had a problem. Please
    fix this, I don't understand what's going on here.

    Again.... I need someone to look into my account not getting points for my game purchases and gold renewal!!!!

    Only rewards im getting are from the survey. Ive been a gold member for 12 or 13 years with no gaps in subscription.

    What do I need to do to finally get a response from someone from the rewards programme?

    Please help

  3. Wasn't there something about not needing Gold for Netflix anymore?

    Thanks everyone. We have several Gold memberships at the moment but may not renew all of them when the year is up since we no longer need it for app streaming.

    I have the email from Microsoft stating that it was successfully renewed. My Gold is not activated, but when I try to add a code, it won't take it, says I already have Gold. The Virtual help center on here was worthless, a "Strongly Worded Email" will
    be going out next if they can't fix this via the Support page (which keeps giving me a Bad Gateway anyway), lol! Thanks though!

    I've heard about users not having their Xbox Live Gold status not show up at times, I have to deal with it alot in the support bank chats. I recommend you get in touch with an actual employee and chat with them online or over the phone. Contact Us | Xbox Support
    and I would put this under billing. I'm sorry for the late reply I never got notified of any reply to this post. I hope this helps and you get this sorted out soon!

    It could possibly be a problem with your bank. Contact them and see if the purchase successfully went through and that it was the annual fee. In addition you can check here https://account.microsoft.com/services/
    to see if the gold is activated. Other than that I recomend you contact an Employee of Microsoft to aid you with this issue by going to this link
