need help with my account

Hi I am quite desesperate now. In september 2015 i migrated my account to spain. 3 months later, I wanted to migrate it back to portugal. I had errors. I contacted support, and they told me I had to wait until january. In january, I still had mistake. The
person in the support started to tell me nonsense issues, that any person could see that she did not know what she was doing. She told me to wait till 14th of april. I waited till 15th of april. nothing. Called again, the costumer support told me to wait 2
more days. I waited. nothing I contacted again. The person said it was due to the EA access i had who woud terminate on 20 something and I had to wait till then. I waited and.....nothing. Called once more The guy tried to do some changes, asked me to do lots
of manipulations in my xbox 360, asked me to change a number in the site that can not be changed and promised me a call last tuesday. I asked as well this issue to be escalated. I am still waiting for the call... I still can not do anything with my 360 account
as I am missing a lot of games with gold, I can not renew my EA access because they told me it would not be able to migrate the account.

I am really starting to be *** off because costumer service is rubbish and they tell you lots of nonsense, they don´t do anything for a costumer when a issue comes, I don't think they are dealing properly with the issue as I am awaiting since DECEMBER for
the resolution of this issue. I work in a costumer service as well and I know there is much more that can be done!!!

I want my issue solved!!! can not buy games on 360, can not download 360 games on XONE, can not download most of the GWG games!!!!

I want as well to make a complain about MS but i can´t find any place to do it. this case is not being dealt seriously and I am really thinking of changing as i feel we can´t trust MS anymore....

Okay ummmmm i log in successfully on my xbox account here but when i click "My Account" it says "Ive found a glitch: and i cant connect to my windows phone -_-

How can i fix this darn "glitch"

If you haven't already, you would need to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation on your account. If you already have, you can try posting here to see if there is anything the enforcement team can do -

Unfortunately, even though the action may have taken place while your account was compromised, the enforcement team may not be able to lift the ban and you will need to create a new account.

But bro. If something can be done to ban it, something can be done to reverse it. Something such as this shouldn't be stricken with such harsh consequences. My friend meant no bad intentions, and I've let people use my account for years, and nothing of this magnitude has occurred. This is complete bs, this is someones life, history, and job you can't just ban it with no motivation to understand the reality of the situation. If you check back to the seal video of the bin Laden compound you'll see the man had an xbox 360. You're telling me that a man responsible for thousands of deaths didn't receive a permanent ban, but a college kid aspiring to work for Microsoft after graduation can't get his account back over some locker room talk that his friends did on his account??? Real professional.

There is no one to talk to.The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review,which you have already done.If the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

Support can not do anything about enforcement actions & the enforcement team don't have an email address to contact them.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it & you've found out the hard way why you never let anyone else use your account.

It really does not make a difference who or why a complaint was filed...it is a violation of the TOU to use any "iilegal" words. When you sign up for live, "free speech" is gone...forget about comics, newspapers, etc. The Consitution does not apply. You
signed all that away when you joined. You will just have to change your motto.
