    I have tried and called xbox one support and they have told me my messaging is banned and that was months ago I tried all they suggest and have receive no help for My paid for services...

    Need An Expert’s Help With Messaging

    Is the account being managed by a master family account, if so then this account will never be consider an adult until it is removed from the family account and put into it's own stand-a-lone as the are consider child accounts no matter your age.

    Hi there,

    if you haven't yet, have you tried to see what happens when you send messages via xbox.com or via the Xbox App to see if that makes any difference.

    Also be sure to check
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    to see if any enforcement action on your account could be affecting this

    Another thing to check if your account is allowed to communicate with others via settings here:
    http://account.xbox.com/settings

    If this is a child account then a parental account needs to change these settings.

    If this is only happening on the console, then try the following:

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile ​

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Try this:

    1. Sign in at
      account.live.com/reputationcheck
      .
    2. Add your phone number, then select Send code.
    3. Get the code from the text message sent to your phone, enter it on the webpage, and select
      Submit.
    4. If you’re using your Xbox, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off, then turn it on and sign back in. If you’re on a PC or mobile device, sign out of the Xbox app, then sign back in.
