My account message ban is up, yet i still can't send messages. Idon't know what to do

Need help with an account ban.

Beware of giving your e-mail adres on a public place like this.

The best thing you could do is contact the Microsoft Xbox Helpdesk in your region, they can start a official search for the truth. I'f you are sure you didn't something wrong, somebody els have done something. So change the password of your e-mail adress.

Need help with an account ban.

Hello, my brothers gamertag, [Mod Removed] has been suspended for a reason which is not understandable. May someone please check why his gamertag has been suspended?

He hasnt committed any of Microsoft's crimes for him to get suspended.

Information:

He got suspended on September 20, 2011.

His e-mail: [Mod Removed]

His Gamertag: [Mod Removed]

If there is other information you need, please ask me for it. Thank you and I wish someone can unsuspend him.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and re-adding the account.

if you haven't yet, have you tried to see what happens when you send messages via xbox.com or via the Xbox App to see if that makes any difference.

Also be sure to check
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if any enforcement action on your account could be affecting this

Another thing to check if your account is allowed to communicate with others via settings here:
http://account.xbox.com/settings

If this is a child account then a parental account needs to change these settings.

If this is only happening on the console, then try the following:

Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

Sign in at
account.live.com/reputationcheck.
Add your phone number, then select Send code.
Get the code from the text message sent to your phone, enter it on the webpage, and select
Submit.
