    NEED HELP WITH LIVE TV Oneguide


    I cannot seem to get the Oneguide to change the channels on my cable. Ive done everything to get it too work including sitting through 2+ hours of service chat with the guy not knowing what to do. This is really frustrating it would be gladly appreciated
    if someone could help.
