    I have an xbox live gold account which i use via my old 360 but this has just packed up recenlty, so i bought a one to replace it. How do i transfer my 360 gold over to my new xbox one

    Why do I keep getting "Upgrade to XBox Gold" message when I am already logged in with an XBox Live Gold account?

    This is more of the message, since it just happened AGAIN... "Upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. To instantly watch movies, TV episodes from Netflix on your Xbox 360 console, you need an Xbox Live Gold Membership. Upgrade to Xbox Live Gold Membership now. Now
    with Xbox Live Gold you can (bulleted list)..."

    Then there are two selection boxes: Upgrade to Gold and Switch Profiles.

    We click Switch Profiles, and our Xbox Sign In page appears with our current account already logged in.

    We select our account and can then resume our Netflix movie that we were watching.

    What is going on?

    Help needed please

    Hi, I have a xbox360 and going to switch to Xbox one. Can I use my 360 wireless adaptor to connect to the Internet on my Xbox one or do I need a Xbox one adaptor?

    Also, I have a gold live membership. Does that automatically carry over to my Xbox one or do I need to cancel and re-subscribe?

    Any help greatly appreciated!!

    Gold is tied to your account, not the console. So you would just need to sign into One using the same account you used on the 360. If you need directions on how to do so, you can find them here -

    Hi there, Xbox live Gold subscription is linked to your Gamerag profile account, so switching from Xbox 360 to Xbox One does not require a transfer or repurchase of Gold subscription

    Yes on the 360.

    On the xbox one you only need one gold account that has gold sharing switched on.

    Only the actual gold account holder will show as gold though.

    Axemator is correct Xbox 360 you need to buy separate gold subscription for each user account to go on xbox live whereas Xbox one all you need is one gold account which can be transferred from xbox 360 and you can then make multiple accounts that will get
    gold benefits for free on Xbox one only.
