Need help with gamer score, Support cannot help

I don’t know where this need to go or who it needs to go to, all I know is I wasted a day with Xbox support and they cannot do anything about it. I have an issue with achievements proper unlocking and displaying on my profile, apparently whoever has access
to the servers can only be contacted here and no one in support has their number or email. So before I spend 2 hours trying to type it all out, I want to know if someone here can actually help.

Xbox gamer needing help!

Without going into detail about what I'm seeing across my consoles and apps. If you see under my profile, the game Brothers, it shows 380g 11/12 achievements unlocked. But if you click on it and scroll through each achievement, all 12 are showing unlocked.
I'm just looking for someone to help me get my profile to show correctly.

All I can suggest is that you delete your profile ONLY & redownload it.

Start the game up & it may unlock or you may have to re earn that achievement again.

 

That was the first thing support had me do, but the achievement doesn't want to unlock because it is seeing it as unlocked already.

 

Ok, can you try deleting the profile only then clear the cache 3 times and finally power cycle the console before redownloading it? Perhaps that will help.

 

Those were to thr letter the same institutions i got from the support call center, unfortunately it did not work
