    I can't seem to play Gears of war 4. I bought it digitally. It's says I need to insert the games disk or go the store market store. And it gives this error code. Can someone help me?

    Did you purchase the game? Halo 5 was made free to play for a week recently which is why it will of been in 'Ready to Install' without purchasing however once this deal has ended then you would have to purchase the game to play it. If you have purchased
    the game and the same issue is working i would follow the solution page:
    support.xbox.com/.../game-freeze-solution

    • What is the exact error message when you tried to play the game?

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? You could also try deleting and reinstalling the game as well.

    Sorry to hear it. Have you tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? You could also try deleting and reinstalling the game as well.
