Need help with enforcement problem

i can't talk on live but I have no enforcement I called support and she said that I do till September 7 here's the service request number

Need help with enforcement action

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not allow case reviews on 24 hours suspensions because it takes longer for them to review the case than the length of time for the suspension. If you're having issues with
other gamers, it's best to report them and block them.

 

Need help with enforcement action

Hello. I got an unfair enforcement action. im not here to ask for the suspencion to be revoked because its just 24h. What i want is action to be taken against these individuals.

I got into Gears of war 4 horde mode. A guy text me saying not to touch the credits on the fabricator. I texted back saying I will touch them if I need anything from it, because its a team game. The guy then left the match, and i started recieving text messages
from him and his friends saying stuff like "noob" " you dont know how to play" and many other things. I replied back to one of them and told him this " I wont tolerate such actions, you and your friends just got reported." The next day, I recieved a suspencion.
**** Microsoft? I want my case to be reviewed, even if its just 24 hours. i want the enforecement team to read the messages I recieved that day, so they can ban these people. People like this should not be left alone. I want them to be punished.

So, How do i contact the enforcement team? I know they can be contacted from their page if you get a long suspencion but i cant contact them from there because the suspension is only 24h. There has to be a way to stop these unfair reports and punish the
people who make them.
