Need help with EA access subscription code error

error 0x82D40007 and the troubleshooting provided has not helped thus far. If you do not own the game outright and were using it as part of the EA Access subscription service, then in order to alleviate the error, you would need to purchase the game
via your account to continue usage.

If you've discovered that the game play ability has been removed from your region, then this means that the developer (in this case EA) at their own discretion has decided to remove the game's availability from there. EA Access, as a subscription service,
is under EA (the developer of the game) and it is at their discretion to offer games for regions. Sadly, Xbox/Microsoft has no control over their choices, and as such, you would need to

contact EA for more information concerning this.

One more thing, I have contacted EA Help and they told me to turn to Microsoft Support:

Now in this situation what you need to do is you will need to contact Microsoft Xbox for the issue that you are facing as we only support the subscription of origin access premium and origin access basic.Ea access and EA membership is been taken care by Microsoft.

Hey guys, I've been seeing a lot of posts about this. It seems as though subscriptions to EA access are blocking the use of codes for some EA games. You'll need to contact phone support to cancel the service (if you have it), redeem the code then sign
up for EA Access again.

If it's only an issue with games through your EA subscription, and you're sure your EA subscription is active and in good standing, then you'd need to contact EA Support and they would need to help you and look into your EA account from their end.

You don't need a E.A. subscription to play E.A. games.

The only thing they have is E.A. Access which is their version of gamepass & the op clearly said they had bought the game so E.A. Access doesn't come into it.
