    Need help with E200 Error


    So I noticed yesterday that the images in the my games and apps area weren't all there. Some would have half an image and others would have nothing. I then found that I could not play certain digital games, they said that they were corrupt and I should try
    to reinstall them. After several attempts to reinstall, I tried to report a problem but after selecting the games category the app just crashes. I then decided to restart the Xbox to see if that would fix it. When I tried to turn it back on, I got the something
    went wrong screen with and error of E200. I then looked up how to fix it an the support website and was instructed to download a file called OSU1 to do an offline update through the USB. It is a zip file and needs to be extracted. When extraction is attempted
    I am able to extract all but one file called system.xvd. So I contacted the support chat and they said that I would need OSU2 which I was able to fully extract but it did not work and returned me to the something went wrong screen with an error of E101. The
    support chat said that because I am part of the Preview Program I may need to do something differently than someone with the same issue without the preview program. Any sugestions?
