Need help with child account

I'm trying to change my son's account to an adult so he can purchase using the website. I've changed it using the Xbox 360 to an adult but it's still telling me on the site I can't purchase. How do I fix this?

If you are using your Xbox with a child account, you need a parent to log in to the Xbox and change the settings for the child account.

Internet restriction

I need help, I have a child on an adult account, and I need to restrict his Internet Access to that of a child. Not sure where to go in my account to restrict Adult Content. Please help.

 

I dont think you can change the date of birth on a account, he will need to wait until he is 18

 

So there is no way I can change it just so that I can sign him in on my pc for me to be able to download a game ready for his console when he signs in?

 

Actually you can change the date of birth in some regions.

Ok I now have managed to make a new adult account but every time I'm trying to change it from the child to the adult account it says, Sign up not available.
