need help with canceling crew pack issue but its not normal at all

i want to cancel my crew pack

I just did this tonight, all the same as you all say, i bought it from fortnite itself, so went into the items there and cancelled the crew pack. It didnt show on my epic games or xbox account, but login on the xbox or pc Fortnite itself, bring up the crew pack and big cancel button right there. In the game. Not Epic or Xbox sites.. From the Fortnite game itself when logged in as the user that bought it.

Hey Christopher, thanks for the help. I did try this yet. I only wanted to buy the crew pack for 1 month for my kids so I signed up through my microsoft account and I managed to turn OFF recurring billing so that I was only charged for the 1 month. That part was fine. However, when my son tries to buy the battle pass with his V-bucks now, it says that there's an issue with his crew pack payment; so the system is still trying to charge him trough the crew pack instead of using v-bucs. Epic games says that I need microsoft to FULLY cancel the subscription, not just suspend billing. How do I get it removed completely from the account?

Here at Microsoft Community, we don't have access to information to be able to cancel the Fortnight crew pack subscription.

However, to cancel the fortnight crew pack you can do the following:

To cancel from an Xbox Series X, S, or Xbox One console:

1. Go to Settings.
   
2. Go to Account.
   
3. Under Account, go to Subscriptions.
   
4. You might be prompted to enter your passkey if you have it activated; otherwise, you'll be taken to your subscriptions page, and you'll see all available subscriptions under your Xbox account
   
5. Find Fortnite Crew and turn off auto-renewal.
   

Or alternatively, you can cancel from a web browser, by following these steps:

1. Navigate to account.microsoft.com/account
   
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account
   
3. Select Services & Subscriptions at the top of the page
   
4. Select Manage next to your subscription listing
   
5. Select Turn off recurring billing to the right
   
6. Follow the prompts to turn off recurring billing

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

You can subscribe to Fortnite crew inside Fortnite from either the item shop or battle pass tab.

Your subscription is associated with the platform on which you purchased it (your “primary platform”) until it is cancelled. the Fortnite crew subscription is not transferable between platforms.

To claim the current month’s crew pack, you may need to log in from your primary platform if it has been more than 30 days since your last login from that platform. assuming you’ve done this, you’ll receive the crew pack items automatically as long as you’re an active subscriber.

Be sure to choose the platform (e.g., playstation, xbox, nintendo switch) you purchase your subscription on carefully. you’ll be able to access the crew pack items you receive from the subscription across different platforms, but the v-bucks you receive may not be redeemable on other platforms.
