Thank you, but finally for the controller, I went exchanging it at futureshop, sadly, I didn't get a Day One edition controller

1) Some questions are getting answered thanks to the community of dedicated users out there. Look around some more I think you'll find reasonable answers to your questions.

If that doesn't help try going into Settings -> Kinect and make sure the "What Kinect" video stream comes up clearly. Cycle through the options to make sure you can see yourself and your hand clearly. Go through the Kinect Calibration if you haven't already.

4) Go find the content in the Games store....Find Assassin's Creed first and then the related DLC downloads...once you have selected the right item it should have an option to download again. Once the DLC is registered with the XBOX it invalidates the content
code but it should still be recognized as registered and available for download with your console despite the full factory reset.
