Thank you , I was scared that it wouldn't transfer because I had bo3 on xbox 360 and when I got an xbox one S I couldn't download bo3 it said I didn't have it.

You'd run into the same stuff on Playstation. It's ultimately up to the developers to patch their games so people like that can't do what they're doing. Keep filing complaints on the people you run into so the enforcement team can take care of them.

I played both and love both. Both Blops and Nfs are the best games in their series in a while in my opinion. But you'll get more playtime from Blops honestly. Nfs is like a 15 hour game (getting all the achievements) but Blops has amazing MP and zombies.

Iv'e been downloading CoD: BO3 beta for about 12 hours and my download has just hit 3% complete,

and i'm running a 160 mbps download speed connection.
