    Need help with black screen issue


    Tried every solution, none have worked. Have black screen with only sound, went to submit repair request asked to pay for having no warranty. Talked to support tried all they could to have repair cost waived due to the issue being microsofts fault. They
    wouldn't waive the fee, I dont think I should pay for them sending out a buggy update. Anyone have solutions or input to this issue?

    Crimson Dragon blank screen after logos load.

    Ya Im having the same issue, the game starts up with the crimson dragon logo then goes to a black screen but does nothing from there, just stays a black screen Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that has not resolved the issue, rly need a fix here

    The only thing is a factory reset to which means installing your games and apps as your game save in the cloud you should get them back whatever you do good luck
