    Need help with banned account


    my account got banned over a month ago. I called my friend something and he reported me just messing around. I spoke to an Xbox support agent and they kindly documented my problem and they said they attached it to my account. I really do hope to hear back

    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Customer support doesn't actually have access to Enforcement records, as far as I know.

    If you want to view details of an account suspension, you'll have to log in here:
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    If eligible, submit a case review for more information about your suspension.

    yeah but when I go to enforcement.xbox.com it won’t show me details. I don’t have an option to apply for a case.

    Beware of giving your e-mail adres on a public place like this.

    The best thing you could do is contact the Microsoft Xbox Helpdesk in your region, they can start a official search for the truth. I'f you are sure you didn't something wrong, somebody els have done something. So change the password of your e-mail adress.
