Need help with app difficulty....

Hi, here, to kill General Raam on insane, it is best for both players to have torque bow with 12 ammunition each, and 4 grenades, full lancer ammo and boltoc pistol. Use all torque bow on Raam, first, aim at the head for maximum damage, once both
have fired 6 torque bow, throw 2 grenades each, then continue with torque bow til empty and if he is still standing, throw a grenade while the other team mate lancers Raams head and the same again for the other player, by this time, he should be dead.

I need help beating the boss on the hardest difficulty

Well...to be completely honest, the agent you might have been talking to just didn't want to set up the repair. They are human too, and also things they do and do not want to do. Don't be angry, just keep on carrying on good sir.

Thanks Spyroman12, that was my understanding too... that only support can initiate it. Is there a reason that they wouldn't be able to process it while on the phone? When I called they claimed they might be out of consoles to send and told me to call back.
