    Need help with an update


    So a few nights ago my Xbox one s updated normally happens at night but got up that morning and was still updating but would only stop at 94% then says something went wrong tells me to restart or troubleshoot restart turn off or factory reset I don't have a pc so can't do offline update were I live so what can I do

    We wouldn't be able to check if you have been banned by the game dev's for Advanced Warfare - its a separate system run by them.

    Hey hitmanout2007,

    it might be update related - it is a beta so problems will pop up. You can check to ensure you haven't been banned/suspended on the Enforcement site
    here.

    All new consoles need an update,mostly because you need to most recent dashboard,store etc.

    How long it takes depends on your broadband speed.

    In my experience updates always get to about 75% then seem to take a while to finish the last 25%. It's also possible that there's a lot of new consoles trying to update today so that may slow the process down a bit.
