Need help with all these 'xbox app' and games related problem.

I just trying out a new service Xbox pass program but I can't play Metro Exodus because the screen keep flickering with a blank little box.

I run games through the Windows store and the game (State of Decay 2) Keep asking for the profile.

I've tried to sign in Xbox(Beta) but the screen just flickering for seconds and nothing happened.

Tried Xbox Console Companion and get error (0x409) 0x80080300

I'm not an English speaker and have done some google that told me to login Xbox relate app, reset the app and reinstall but it still doesn't work.

So I want to ask how to fix all these problems. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for keeping us informed and Yes this it is the Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider-Folder at your HDD!

But login problems can also be caused by disfigured time and date ;-)

Yeah, many people are struggling. Seems like a huge issue at the moment. Well, it is still in Beta phase

sorry to hear.

If you're signed in to a local account switch to a Microsoft account (under settings, account, your info, sign in with Microsoft account) and remove any other Microsoft accounts under email and app accounts in the same menu.
If youre already on a Microsoft account then switch to local the same way as in step one, then remove all microsoft accounts under email and app accouns in the same menu (no need to worry you only lose any emails on the pc)
There are two directories in "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker", Accounts and Cache. Each folder has one file in it. Delete them both, and try to log in to the xbox app again, it should work
now.
