Need Help with age restriction on xbox One account

Make sure you are logged in to the parent account and click on his account on there. Change the content restrictions and also turn off ask to buy option.

Click on his account from there and make sure you allow everything from the privacy and online safety settings.

If you are logged into your YouTube account while browsing the YouTube app, age restrictions might apply to the signed-in YouTube/Google+ account. If not, then it is probably getting age details from your Xbox Live account.

Either way, you'll need to make sure your birthdate settings are consistent between accounts and you are of legal age to watch restricted videos.

If it won't let you log in to set up your account, there may be two reasons.

1. The date of birth of your account is underage, check it in this link:

If you are a minor, you must enter a family group and the family group administrator must configure your account in the same way that I indicated initially.
