I've noticed that I have a user account tampering on my account, and the time it says i didn't own an Xbox at the time. I had financial problems and sold my console on Offer Up to a middle east family. I've actually recently purchased the Gears Xbox One
s, and went to my account and noticed the console i sold was set as my home primary console. I called Microsoft and they were able to assist me in resetting my home console than were trying to get me the contact number for Xbox Enforcement to help with what
they've done and haven't been able to find a number or contact. Please if anyone can help

yea the lady said it could take up to a month i still havnt gotten an email about anything so im just waiting it out being patient hopefully it pays off

Problem is, that you must not have removed your information when you sold the console. That likely gave the new owners access to your account. Your account is your responsibility at all times, so even though somebody else did the damage, it still falls on
you. The best I believe you could do here, is to call support and have them open an unauthorized access investigation. While it may even be too late to do so, I believe it is the best direction to go for now.

There is no contact numbers for the enforcement team. The only way to contact then is through the case review on their website. enforcement.xbox.com/home

Hi - Im keen to find out if this worked or not. I've looked at the advice from Mistress Sara and if Im not mistaken that suggests that you change the email details on the Microsoft account as opposed to just on the Gamertag. Im presuming its just the Gamertag
email address you're looking to change?

The only other thing I would suggest would be to look it up on the console but by the nature of your question, I can safely assume that you are trying to recover it to your console. Is there anyone you can go to in order to use their phone to call?

The parental account e-mail is displayed when you try to make any sort of changes on your account like
editing your privacy and online settings or anything to do with your
billing settings.

If you don't see the parental e-mail that it's asking you to login to then please
contact phone support directly, and they should be able to assist you with the parental e-mail that's associated with your account.

i did that with the guy on the phone i couldn't access it so he sent me here could i have some more help i dont know what to do
