Need help with account suspension

Hey,

I have recently received an account suspension for communication on Xbox live, I tried to take the test on the code of conduct to allow my case to be reviewed but due to the ambiguous nature of most of the questions i failed it even after reading the code
of conduct. I spoke to someone on Microsoft support and they said i should post here so someone in the enforcement team can contact me. To my recollection i haven't engaged in any inappropriate communication, i have been trading on rocket league and i have
had some people say that they are going to report me or have reported me because they don't like my items/offer. This isn't fair because disagreeing with someone doesn't give you the right to report them. I would like someone from the enforcement team to please
remove my suspension because it seems very pointless.

you would have to contact support and talk to somebody in billing they should be able to find out what is causing you to be locked out of buying stuff.

My account, , was suspended and locked from purchases due to a billing issue, and was sent here from the account suspension moderator. I would like to know how to rid of the suspension and enjoy the 3 months I bought at Safeway.

Console bans are not appealable

And once you appeal thats it nor will they go into details

And s phone line will be useless as it would just be robocalled and you'd never got thru

Support has no say on enforcement matters

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Also, console bans are not issued randomly. The enforcement team investigate carefully your account and the use of your device before issuing a permanent suspension.
