    Need help with a sign in issue


    I recently downloaded fortnite on my Xbox and my cousin signed her email so she could play fortnite on her account. Note that she has the mobile version. Every time Im playing fortnite on my Xbox it kicks me out when she logs on to her mobile account. I
    don't know how to sign her off my Xbox so it doesn't kick me out of the game when we're both playing at the same time on separate devices. Any ideas?

    It can take some time before the tag is freed up in the system. I've heard anywhere from 24 hours to 45 days.

    So my friend changed his gamertag yesterday, and he's asked me to make an account with that gamertag. so no one takes his old one. I can't seem to change my gamertag to it. It there a timer before I can take it? No one else has it, I'm not sure what to do.
