    Actually that forum would not be the correct place either. That offer wasn't available through the Rewards program, so Rewards support would not be able to assist with that offer. The Rewards program is run by the same people who handle that offer, but Rewards
    support can only assist with issues related directly to the Rewards program. The OP has already posted in that forum.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program. You can find their contact through their redemption page.
