Need help with a 360 game

in about 2011 I bought A Kingdom for Keflings on my 360, now I own The Xbox one I seen its on the backwards compatibility list but can't get it, I want on my 360 and played it for about 5 mins before the game crashed and for some reason deleted itself form
my 360..

I played the game a lot and have 9 of 12 achievements

I wood like to play it again but I'm not paying $10 for it again

Hi

You will need to be signed into the console using the same account that originally purchased the game. One you have don this please open My Games & Apps located in the top right corner of the home screen and then click on the Ready to install list on the
left had side and hopefully the game should be listed there for you download it again.

If the game isn't showing under your Ready to Install list on your Xbox One, is it possible thee was a different account on your Xbox 360 that purchased the game?

I have done all that the game is just not there..

You should configuring the wireless security. It is recommended that you use

Under security tab and firewall uncheck Filter Anonymous Internet Requests.
This has been known to cause NAT issues.
