    its been dropping me and not letting me log in. service is not available. . . 006, 017, and some other errors. I get kicked from bf1 and cant use browser or messages. I am not happy with MS at momement as I realize greed is the only reason the xbox can
    not use a standard keyboard or access the net when not logged into xbox live. hope to see this practice, or MS itself, go the way of the dodo bird. .

    XBOX won't connect to XBOX Live

    Xbox will connect to internet but will not to Xbox Live.

    The status report code comes up as this,

    W:0000-0021

    X: 0000-F001

    Y: 30A8- 4840

    Z: 0000-0000

    ID FFFF-FFFF

    I need help!

    Need help with xbox live

    Hello
    I don't really understand what has happened to my xbox live account, but i cannot anymore connect my console to internet, though my laptop connects without any problems. More than that, i cannot visit any xbox or microsoft website to get help from there!
    I guess my account might have been hacked somehow. atm, i had my FIFA13 running, but i was using my laptop, so didn't really see what has happened there, it just said that it can no longer connect to live, and when i checked it, i could not connect to internet at all.
    I had no xbox-point (or whatever they are called) on my account, but i had my bank account connected to it.

    i tried visiting ms, or xbox web pages from the other browsers, not working either! and I cannot call to the call service, because I am in Finland and it is 9 a.m. here, unless someone knows 24/7 customer service number!

    so if anyone has any advises what should I do, and suggestions what might have happened, I would appreciate your help.

    Having the same issue, also w/ a few of my skins for the multiplayer function. Just got off the phone w/ xbox live help, they told me to check here.. Smh.. Appears to be a known issue, but w/ no fixes yet. Standing by

    Once a console is banned its banned permanently so there is no reversing it.

    As far as I know you would need to ring support about the family timer issue. You need to know the pass-code that was entered. They can not give you the pass-code but they may be able to talk you through a process to disable it.

    I just plugged my Xbox One-formatted 320GB USB 3.0 HDD into my PC. It shows up fine under Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management. It requires initialization and formatting before it can be used, but it's there.

    If you're trying to use the drive on both Xbox One and a PC without reformatting, that's not possible at this time.
