Need Help Urgently. Re-downloading old purchase.

Hey all.

Last year i brought GTA V on my old 360 and then dowmloaded it onto my old One.

Now i have just brought a new One and it won't allow me to re download it.

GTA V is not a backwards compatible game. If you had it on the 360 you would still have to purchase it for the One.

If you had it on your old xbox one you should be able to log in to your new profile using the same credentials that you used on the old one and download the Xbox One version of the game.

Thats what i don't understand.

It let me download it for free on my old one and it said i had previously purchased it.

But now it says to purchase it while in the store

Go to "my games & apps" & it should be in your " ready to install" list. as long as you are using the account that bought it in the first place.

Uninstall and re-install the game as purchased on Market you able to re-download at no cost I have had this happen and just re-downloaded it over the old and no problems.
