    Need help uploading custom gamer picture from the internet


    When I try to upload a custom gamer picture on the Xbox (beta) app, I get an error saying that "people under the age of 18 can't upload custom images" even though I turned 18 just last month. How do I fix this problem?

    Uploading custom gamer picture

    I would like to upload a custom picture for my account but it keeps popping up a message that says only adults can upload pictures. I am 17 years old and it's rather annoying. Is there any way I can promote my account I can order to fix this?

    Have one suggestion Xbox, do uploading your own pictures from internet or downloads, that needs to happen, I don't like the ones for Xbox one, not much good pics now for Xbox 360,store

    Microsoft accounts which are classified as either a Child or Teen account are not permitted to use this feature presently. The account will automatically graduate to an adult account as soon as it reaches the age of majority in the country or region you're

    It's not worth the hassle right now because uploading custom gamer pictures are disabled by Microsoft. No one can upload custom gamer pics at present due to the ongoing pandemic.

    I understand you need help in updating your profile or gamer picture.

    Let me help you with that.

    Actually, you have the option to update your gamer picture even on your PC.

    Just make sure you have the Xbox companion app on your PC then open it.

    Once opened, click on your profile from the top left of the screen >> Click customize >> Then click on your current picture, you should be able to choose a picture from your PC from there to upload and update your current gamer picture.
