Need help to recover my xbox account

Hi

I have a problem since 1 month or so ,

So like one month ago when I've tried to login whith my account, Microsoft send a message saying "we've seen suspicious activity from your account please verifiy with phone number" so I tried but the problem is that I have change my phone operator so the first number of my phone change to adapt with my new operator ,wich means that I can't receive the verification code .Then they was a second option which was the verification form.Well the form didn't work ,all the time that I've tried an email is sent to me saying that "our automated system determined that the information provided was not sufficient for us to validate that you were the owner of the account." Or I did fill in all the information that I had . The last option was trying to contact support through voice chat or something but It didn't work

So please support I need to recup my account

Regarding your issue, you will actually need to keep trying to submit a new account recovery form How do I recover my Microsoft account? | Xbox Support, so that you can recover your Microsoft or Xbox account. That is the only way you can recover your account.

The profile may not have Xbox LIVE or the membership needs to be renewed. Also if the account may have been recovered onto a different Xbox, you need to recover it back to yours. I had the same problem with my account after recovering my account onto my
friend's Xbox then forgot to recover it back onto mine and was wondering what was wrong. Fixed it by recovering it back onto mine. Hope this helps with your issue.

I'll call Tech support right now then. The reason I haven't tried Tech Support really is because my Communication skills over the phone isnt to well. i'll try to provide as much info I can. all i wish for atleast is to know the 1st letter of the WLID to
get some thot on what it is...
