    Need help. Seriously.


    Whenever I download or purchase a game I get this error code (0x800706ba) which refuses to let me out of the store no matter how many times I press "B" or try to find another route out. All I can do is turn off my Xbox one and restart which messes
    with the downloads or purchase history. I love Xbox one, so having the store inoperable after purchase without a hard reset is a huge inconvenience that I will persevere through, but please fix this issue. My system even started to act like crazy showing the
    FFXV Demo as a installed also. NOTE: I didn't even touched on this game at the Xbox Store! So, lol. Please I repeat, my system is driving me crazy and even worried about something baddest happen to my Xbox, since I DO HAVE 115 games installed already. Gave
    attached a 3TB external HD on it.

    Please, there other people facing the same problems like me too, and, didn't found anything related on the Xbox Support web pages, error codes, etc.

    SERIOUSLY NEED HELP

    Ok well if you are not sure if you are using WEP or WPA its likely your not using the correct WEP key or WPA passphrase, you need to access your routers menu via
    http://192.168.1.1 and find out those details

    If all your wireless support WPA2 I would recommend using WPA2 AES security

    Try disconnecting your router/modem, then wait 30 seconds, connect it back, test your connection, and make sure to remember what the password is to your router connection in order for you to use it.

    Many people that have had similar issues and the most successful solution is to factory reset the console.

    Thank you so much for the fast reply. I've just one question, which must be understood by me firstly before I follow the Reset my console to default state. Am I lose my currently Membership on the Xbox Latest Experience? As you see, I'm Xbox Preview User,
    and, I just cannot find myself away from this. I love to help testing and already contributed a lot with this then I feel well too. So just this. If my membership will gone after the Reset, how (or) can I retrieve my user identity on the Program? Again, thanks

    I have did the factory reset choosing the option to keep everything installed and it seems is everything well now. Relief! Thanks for the help guys!
