    hi All,

    short sad story:

    Those days I'm playing GoW1 on my xBox one S

    Yesterday I changed my nick name prom Postwarsum59872 to

    Today I can't play GoW1 as I can't use Postwarsum59872 profile and, when I try to download a new account, xbox does not recognize my password. But I'm sure my password is correct as I use it to login the xbox website.

    Someone can help me pls?
